Return Policy Exchange or In Store Credit will be given up to 30 days from purchase date with a receipt. No cash or credit refunds. Items must be in new condition, original packaging with tags commercially attached, and not be wet or contain odors. A-Gleam reserves the right to accept or decline an exchange or credit. Clearance and items with Final Sale Noted in the description are FINAL SALE. No Exchange or In Store Credit will be issued with final sale items. Shipping All in stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. Deliveries are subject to availability of stock, any items on backorder will be shipped as soon as possible. We will notify customers of any delays. For Standard shipping and handling allow 7-10 business days. Orders placed online for IN-STORE PICK-UP will be ready within 24 hours for in-stock items, you will receive a phone call when your order is ready to be picked up. If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday for in store pick up your order will be filled on the next business day.
